In 2023, despite high interest rates and global uncertainty, property prices in Spain grew substantially. Nationally,property values surged on average by an impressive 8.1%, with certain provinces experiencing even more remarkable increases. Notably, the Leon, Palencia, and Caceres provinces stood out, boasting spikes of 23% when compared to their 2022 prices.
Provinces that faired less favorably were Barcelona and Orense (both down -1.3%) Ciudad Real, (-0.6%) and Zamaro (-2.9%)
